Terms and Conditions for Nasaa

Welcome to Nasaa, a fitness marketplace that connects clients with coaches who understand their values, culture, and personal circumstances. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nasaa platform, whether you're a client booking sessions or a coach offering services. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these terms.

About Nasaa

Nasaa LLC operates a mobile fitness marketplace registered in Qatar. Our platform serves the local community by facilitating connections between fitness coaches and clients based on shared language, values, cultural understanding, and personal needs. We are not a fitness provider ourselves but rather a platform that enables these meaningful connections.

Who Can Use Nasaa

Nasaa is open to clients of all ages. Children and youth can use the platform to book fitness sessions including sports training like football, basketball, swimming, running, yoga, body building, and many other activities. We recommend that parents or guardians review and monitor account activity for users under 18 years of age to help ensure appropriate fitness activities are selected.

To register as a coach on Nasaa, you must be at least 18 years old. This age requirement ensures that coaches have the legal capacity to enter into service agreements.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

For Clients

When you use Nasaa as a client, you're booking fitness sessions directly with independent coaches who set their own prices, availability, and service offerings. You can browse coach profiles, view their qualifications and reviews, and select coaches who match your preferences for language, culture, and training style.

Our platform offers various session types to meet your needs. Single sessions allow you to book one-time appointments with coaches, while standard packages provide multiple sessions at scheduled intervals. Social packages offer group training experiences. Some coaches also provide specialized services including family training sessions, post-partum fitness programs, and training for individuals with special needs.

Sessions can take place online through video calls, at your preferred location, or at the coach's facility depending on what the coach offers and what you select when booking. When you book a session, you're entering into a direct agreement with that coach to provide the specified services. Nasaa facilitates the booking and payment but is not responsible for the actual delivery of fitness services.

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Prices are set by individual coaches and displayed in Qatari Riyals. When you purchase a session or package, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount including any applicable platform fees. You'll receive a confirmation of your booking via the app and email.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you should do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds. For packages with multiple sessions, if a coach cancels the package or it becomes unavailable, you'll receive a refund for any unused sessions.

After each session, you can leave a review and rating for your coach. We encourage honest, constructive feedback that helps other clients make informed decisions and helps coaches improve their services. Reviews must not contain offensive language, personal attacks, or false information. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

For Coaches

As a coach on Nasaa, you're operating as an independent service provider. You set your own prices, determine your availability, and decide which services you want to offer. Nasaa provides the platform for you to connect with clients, but you're responsible for delivering quality fitness services and maintaining appropriate certifications and insurance.

When you create your coach profile, you must provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, certifications, and areas of expertise. You're required to upload valid identification and any relevant certifications for verification. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.

You can create different types of service offerings including single sessions, standard packages for recurring training, and social packages for group fitness. You have flexibility in setting your session lengths, locations (online, client location, or your facility), and specialized offerings such as family training, post-partum programs, or adapted fitness for special needs.

Nasaa operates a tiered coach level system based on your performance, client retention, and ratings. All coaches start at the Starter level and can progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels. Higher tiers receive benefits including enhanced profile placement in search results and increased visibility to potential clients. Your tier is determined by factors including the number of clients you serve, total revenue generated, client retention rates, and your average rating.

For services provided through Nasaa, the platform retains a commission on each booking. Commission rates are tiered based on your coach level, starting at 20% for Starter level coaches and decreasing as you advance through the tiers, with Diamond level coaches paying the lowest commission rate of 7%. This structure rewards high-performing coaches who maintain excellent client relationships and service quality. You receive payment for completed sessions after our standard processing period, with funds transferred to your registered payment account.

You're responsible for maintaining your availability calendar and honoring all confirmed bookings. If you need to cancel a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to the client and may be required to offer a reschedule or refund. Frequent cancellations may affect your coach rating and tier status. If you decide to remove a package that has active subscribers, you can either hide it to prevent new bookings while honoring existing commitments, or delete it immediately with automatic refunds issued to affected clients.

You agree to provide professional, respectful service to all clients regardless of their background, nationality, gender, age, or any other personal characteristic. You must maintain appropriate professional boundaries and conduct all sessions in a safe, respectful manner. Any complaints of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct will be investigated and may result in account termination.

You're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and any legal requirements for operating as a fitness professional in Qatar. Nasaa does not withhold taxes from your earnings or provide insurance coverage. You should consult with appropriate professionals regarding your tax and legal obligations.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings made through Nasaa are binding agreements between clients and coaches. When a client books a session, they agree to pay the specified price, and the coach agrees to provide the service at the scheduled time. Nasaa processes payments on behalf of coaches and holds funds until sessions are completed.

Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals and include all applicable fees. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified in the app. Your payment information is processed securely through our payment service providers, and we never store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

If a technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. If a session cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (such as facility closures or emergencies), we'll work with both parties to arrange a reschedule or appropriate refund.

For package purchases, you authorize charges according to the package terms. You can cancel packages through the app, but you remain responsible for any sessions already scheduled or completed. Refunds for packages are calculated based on unused sessions at the original per-session rate minus any package discount that was applied.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients can cancel individual sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds. No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.

If a coach cancels a session, the client receives a full refund regardless of timing. Coaches who frequently cancel may face account penalties including tier downgrades or suspension.

For packages, refunds are handled based on unused sessions. If you've used some sessions from a package and want to cancel, we'll refund the remaining sessions calculated at the package's per-session rate. Promotional discounts or special pricing may affect refund calculations.

All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. In cases of dispute, Nasaa may hold funds pending resolution.

Reviews and Ratings

Our review system helps maintain quality and trust on the platform. Clients can review coaches after each completed session, rating their experience and providing written feedback. Reviews become visible on coach profiles and influence their ratings and tier status.

Reviews must be honest, based on actual experiences, and respectful in tone. We prohibit fake reviews, reviews written in exchange for compensation, and reviews that contain personal attacks, discriminatory language, or false accusations. Both coaches and clients can report inappropriate reviews for our team to investigate.

Coaches cannot require clients to leave positive reviews or penalize clients for honest feedback. If we determine that a coach is manipulating the review system, they may face penalties including account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Nasaa platform including our logo, design, text, graphics, and software is owned by Nasaa LLC or our licensors and is protected by Qatar and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

When you upload content to Nasaa such as profile photos, coach certifications, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time by removing it from your profile or deleting your account.

You represent that any content you upload does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share it on our platform.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe, professional environment, certain behaviors are strictly prohibited on Nasaa. You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others. You may not share false or misleading information, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You cannot attempt to circumvent our payment system by conducting transactions outside the platform for services booked through Nasaa. Both clients and coaches must process all payments through our system for sessions booked on the platform.

You may not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform or collect information. You cannot attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any pending payments, and potential legal action.

Liability and Disclaimers

Nasaa provides a platform connecting coaches and clients but does not employ coaches or directly provide fitness services. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any fitness sessions conducted through our platform. Coaches are independent contractors responsible for their own services.

Fitness activities carry inherent risks. We recommend that clients consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions. Neither Nasaa nor the coaches on our platform can guarantee specific fitness results or outcomes.

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any technical issues, lost data, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatar law, Nasaa's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Nasaa in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Insurance and Professional Requirements

We recommend that coaches obtain and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their fitness services. This should include professional liability insurance and, where applicable, general liability coverage for training at client locations or your own facility.

Coaches should maintain any certifications, licenses, or permits required by Qatar law or their specific fitness discipline. We recommend ensuring your credentials remain current and updating your profile if your qualifications change.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a client and coach regarding a session, both parties should first attempt to resolve it directly through communication. If that's unsuccessful, either party can contact Nasaa support for mediation assistance. We'll review the situation and may offer solutions such as refunds, reschedules, or other remedies we deem appropriate.

For disputes between users and Nasaa regarding these Terms and Conditions or platform policies, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled through arbitration in accordance with Qatar law.

Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Qatar under Qatari law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Qatar courts and to the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICDRC) for dispute resolution.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose risks to other users or the platform's integrity. If we terminate your account for violations, you may forfeit any pending payments or bookings.

Coaches whose accounts are terminated for policy violations may be prohibited from creating new accounts on Nasaa. Clients who engage in abusive behavior toward coaches or manipulate the review system may also face permanent bans.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or via email to your registered address. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when these terms were last updated.

Your continued use of Nasaa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the platform and may delete your account.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nasaa will be resolved in accordance with Qatar law and through Qatar's legal system.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nasaa regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

By using Nasaa, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
