Who We Are

Nasaa LLC is a fitness marketplace registered in Qatar that connects clients with fitness coaches based on shared values, culture, language, and personal circumstances. Our platform operates through a mobile application serving the Qatar community.

Information We Collect

When you create an account with Nasaa, we collect personal information that helps us provide our services and match you with the right coaches or clients. This includes your full name, gender, age, nationality, country and city of residence, and the languages you speak. We also ask for your email address and phone number so we can communicate with you about bookings, updates, and important account information.

For identity verification purposes for coaches, we collect and store copies of your Qatar ID card or other government-issued identification. You'll also upload profile photos that are displayed to other users on the platform. If you're a coach, we collect additional information including your certifications, qualifications, training locations, pricing, availability schedules, and the types of sessions you offer.

We collect payment information when you purchase sessions or receive payments as a coach, though your full payment card details are processed securely through our payment provider and we only store limited information for transaction records. When you book sessions, we collect information about your location preferences, session history, reviews and ratings you give or receive, and your communication with other users through our platform.

The app automatically collects certain technical information including your device type, operating system, IP address, app usage patterns, and location data if you enable location services. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how you interact with our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information primarily to operate the Nasaa marketplace and connect you with coaches or clients who match your preferences and needs. This includes processing your bookings, handling payments, verifying coach credentials, and maintaining your account. Our cultural matching algorithm uses your personal information to suggest coaches who share your language, values, and understand your specific circumstances.

We also use your information to improve our services, send you important updates about your bookings or account, provide customer support, ensure platform safety and prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, and occasionally send you promotional content about new features or coaches (you can opt out of marketing communications at any time).

How We Share Your Information

Your profile information is visible to other users on the platform to facilitate connections between coaches and clients. Coaches can see your name, photo, age, nationality, location, and languages when you book with them. Clients can see coach profiles including their qualifications, certifications, reviews, and availability.

We share limited information with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and can only use it to provide services to us.

We may disclose your information if required by Qatar law, to comply with legal processes, to protect the rights and safety of Nasaa users, or in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets. We will never sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Under Qatar law, you have several rights regarding your personal information. You can access and review the personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. You can request corrections to any inaccurate information in your profile at any time through the app settings.

If you wish to delete your account, you can request account deletion and we will remove your personal information within 30 days, though we may retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to prevent fraud. You can opt out of promotional communications while still receiving essential service-related messages about your bookings and account.

For location services, you can disable location access through your device settings, though this may limit some features of the app. You can manage your communication preferences within the app settings to control what notifications and updates you receive.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data during transmission, secure storage of ID documents and payment information, regular security audits and updates, access controls limiting who can view your information, and secure authentication processes.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for up to five years as required by Qatar law for financial records and tax purposes, to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, or to prevent fraud and maintain platform safety.

Session history, reviews, and ratings may be retained in anonymized form for platform improvement and quality assurance even after account deletion.

Information About Users of All Ages

Nasaa welcomes clients of all ages to use our platform to book fitness sessions including youth sports training like football, basketball, swimming, and other activities. We collect the same types of information from all users regardless of age to facilitate bookings and match clients with appropriate coaches.

For users under 18 years of age, we recommend that parents or guardians review account activity and monitor bookings to ensure appropriate fitness activities are selected. Parents and guardians may contact us to review or request modifications to account information.

Only individuals 18 years of age or older may register as coaches on the platform.

International Data Transfers

Your information is primarily stored and processed in Qatar. If we transfer data outside Qatar for processing by service providers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with Qatar data protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of Nasaa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
